ERP SYSTEM PHILIPPINES (EBT)

In 2006, the software was first developed as a custom front-end solution for a motorcycle retailer and finance firm. Each branch installed the distributed application, which synchronized data with the head office in real time and posted transactions directly to backend financial systems such as SAP Business One and SAP A1.

By 2009, the software evolved into eBT Standard v5, expanding its capabilities to provide comprehensive management of purchasing, sales, inventory, banking, and financial operations for businesses across multiple industries. It also introduced a built-in Software Development Kit (SDK) that allowed deep customization—including configurable approval procedures, form settings, formatted searches, user-defined tables, forms, fields, alerts, reports, tasks, and programs—as well as third-party add-on development.

eBT was designed as a Rapid Application Development (RAD) framework, enabling the creation of business applications using only the runtime build. This approach empowered internal IT teams and third-party developers to generate reports and build custom modules (add-ons) that run seamlessly within the system.

In 2024, the platform advanced further with the release of eBT v2024, which adopted modern technologies and an enhanced SDK. The new version introduced user-defined lists, charts, and dashboards, along with powerful features such as drag-and-relate navigation, relationship mapping, two-factor authentication, OAuth2 single sign-on, real-time communication (RTC), chatbot integration, and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
